- Make the slurry: In a small bowl, whisk strawberry powder, acai powder, and green coffee extract with 2 Tbsp cold water using a milk frother or mini whisk until perfectly smooth.
- Combine liquids: Scrape the slurry into a large pitcher. Stir in remaining cold water and white grape juice until fully mixed.
- Add tropical tang: Stir in passion fruit puree. Taste and adjust with an extra 1/4 tsp at a time for more tang if desired.
- Chill, shake & serve: Refrigerate. Before pouring, stir or gently shake to redistribute. Serve over ice and garnish with strawberry slices.
