  • The Flavor Base
  • 2 1/2 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder intense berry flavor & color
  • 1 tsp freeze-dried acai powder subtle tartness & antioxidants
  • 3/4 tsp green coffee bean extract powder omit for caffeine-free
  • 2 tsp passion fruit puree add more to taste
  • The Liquid Foundation
  • 2 1/2 cups white grape juice sweet, fruity backbone
  • 3 cups cold water reserve 2 Tbsp to make slurry
  • For Serving
  • Ice & strawberry slices fresh, frozen, or freeze-dried; as needed

Method
 

  1. Make the slurry: In a small bowl, whisk strawberry powder, acai powder, and green coffee extract with 2 Tbsp cold water using a milk frother or mini whisk until perfectly smooth.
  2. Combine liquids: Scrape the slurry into a large pitcher. Stir in remaining cold water and white grape juice until fully mixed.
  3. Add tropical tang: Stir in passion fruit puree. Taste and adjust with an extra 1/4 tsp at a time for more tang if desired.
  4. Chill, shake & serve: Refrigerate. Before pouring, stir or gently shake to redistribute. Serve over ice and garnish with strawberry slices.
